Class Schedule:

- Children's Class: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (£5 per child)
- Adults' Class: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (£10 per adult)

Our classes are open to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Capoeira is a unique blend of martial arts, dance, and music that offers a full-body workout while also teaching discipline, coordination, and cultural appreciation.

What to Bring:
- Comfortable workout clothes (Capoeira uniforms if you have them)
- Water bottle
- A positive attitude and readiness to have fun!

Additional Information:
- There is a shop nearby for any last-minute needs.
- Parents are welcome to stay and watch the children's class.
