You’ll stir your way to a silky Spring Risotto, then wrap it all up with a dreamy Citrus Mascarpone Cream topped with fresh berries. Come cook, taste, laugh, and leave with recipes you’ll want to make all season long.

This class brings the bright, relaxed cooking of Italy’s seaside kitchens to the table—fresh seafood, vibrant vegetables, and citrus-forward dishes perfect for welcoming warmer days.

Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
