Menu:
🥣 Soupe au Pistou – A classic Provençal vegetable soup, full of garden-fresh produce and finished with a fragrant basil-garlic pistou.
🐟 Steamed Branzino with Sauce Provençal – Delicate Mediterranean Sea Bass accompanied by a vibrant tomato, garlic, and herb sauce. Served with lemon aioli and perfectly boiled potatoes for a harmonious balance of flavor and texture.
🍋 Lemon Posset – A light, creamy citrus dessert, both refreshing and refined, to conclude the evening on a bright note.

Throughout the demonstration, Chef Kuebler will share insights on ingredient selection, preparation techniques, and plating – offering tips that home cooks and food enthusiasts alike can apply in their own kitchens.
