November Full Moon Meditation & Alignment

**Please bring your own yoga mat, meditation pillow, blanket, or whatever you would like for a positive and relaxing meditation experience. Chairs and some pillows and blankets available.**

Full moons are an invitation to check in with your dreams, and let go of what’s keeping them from manifesting. It is a time of alignment.

Join Codie Lea in this Full Moon Meditation as she takes you deeper into understanding the energies in the New moon phase. For this class, she will help you refocus on the bigger pictures of your intentions, goals & dreams and connect you with your own inner wisdom.

Codie uses Astrology Human Design and Gene Keys to dive deeper into exploring personal narratives coming up at this time.
