Join us at Sacred Creations for a 60-minute Nervous System Reset Class — a gentle, restorative experience to help you regulate, release, and reconnect with your body’s natural state of calm.

In this class, we’ll explore:
- A simple overview of how your nervous system responds to stress
- Somatic exercises, breathwork, tapping, and grounding movement
- Tools you can take home to use anytime life feels overwhelming

This is a safe, nurturing space for everybody — no prior experience required. Just wear comfy clothes, bring a journal if you’d like, and come as you are.
