Bone Builders at CCE Sullivan

Are you looking to:
-Build on existing bone mass and prevent future bone loss
-Help maintain bone mass as you age
-Prevent fractures

If you answered yes to any of the above, then this class is for you!
BONE BUILDERS is an exercise program designed to help individuals aged 65+ maintain bone mass and build on existing bone mass but is open to all. This program will feature light exercises with hand weights with instruction provided by trained CCE Volunteer - Linda Siegel.

This program will take place weekly on Thursdays 11 am - 12 pm, March 26th - May 7th, 2026 at 64 Ferndale-Loomis Rd, Liberty, NY 12754.
