This Montana Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) class is a comprehensive training course designed to educate individuals on the laws and regulations surrounding the carrying of concealed firearms. The class covers essential topics such as the use of force, firearms safety, and the proper handling and storage of firearms, as well as the specific laws and requirements for obtaining a permit in Montana.
This class is taught by industry-leading instructors who will provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to carry a concealed firearm safely.
In addition to the legal knowledge you gain in this class, we will also cover these general lessons:
Handgun basics and shooting fundamentals.
How to avoid conflict and awareness of your surroundings.
The psychology of violent encounters.
Legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath).

Ages 21 and up are welcome at this event.
Even though Montana has adopted "Permitless" concealed carry, you should still get a concealed carry license.
Having a Montana Concealed Carry Permit allows you to carry concealed in 34 reciprocating states. Be sure to bring any snacks or drinks for the class as well as a pen and paper to take notes.
