Dance to Be Free is a nonprofit organization that uses the healing power of movement and music to support emotional wellbeing and community connection. Founded in 2015 and based in Boulder, Colorado, Dance To Be Free has brought trauma-informed dance programs to people across the U.S., training participants to lead movement classes and helping expand access to dance as a restorative experience.
