Los maestros suecos de la melancolía, Katatonia , se preparan para embarcarse en una épica gira como cabeza de cartel este invierno por Europa y el Reino Unido. Comenzando el 11 de noviembre en Tampere, Finlandia, el tour recorrerá un total de 31 ciudades y culminará con un gran final en Estocolmo, Suecia, el 20 de diciembre. Las fechas en España serán el 1 de diciembre en la BUT de Madrid y el 2 de diciembre en la Salamandra de L’Hospitalet, Barcelona.  

Katatonia lanzó en 2023 su triunfal debut con Napalm Records, 'Sky Void of Stars', recibiendo el reconocimiento unánime de crítica y público. El álbum, que encabezó varias listas de medios como Rock Hard y Legacy en Alemania, demuestra su brillante y única fusión de death metal melódico y post-rock atmosférico. Tras su lanzamiento, la banda se embarcó en una extensa gira europea y británica junto a Sólstafir y SOM. 

Ahora, en 2025, es el momento de llevar de nuevo la sobrecogedora brillantez y la característica oscuridad vibrante de Katatonia a los escenarios. Con invitados especiales como Evergrey y Klogr, este cartel es la combinación perfecta para sumergirse en las largas noches de invierno.  

Jonas Renkse, vocalista y miembro fundador, comenta: "Estamos muy emocionados de anunciar que giraremos con nuestros amigos de la costa Evergrey  , y con Klogr desde Italia. Tan pronto como el verano se haya desvanecido, estaremos preparando lo más grande y mejor hasta ahora. ¡Nos vemos en otoño!"
