We will gather in the Old School to welcome the return of the light, a space to reflect, rest and celebrate light in on the shortest day. We begin with gentle movement and pranayama to settle the body before sinking into the delights of Kim’s Soundbath. There will be festive music, poetry and meditation and winter spiced cacao, herbal teas and treats. Looking forward to being with you all �
