Waves of athletes will move through the exercises with the total combined distances combined.
There is the option to do the event solo or part of a same sex pair.

Prizes will be given to:
- 1st Male + 1st Male Pairs
- 1st Female + 1st Female Pairs
- 1st Masters Male (40+) + 1st Masters Male (40+) Pairs
- 1st Masters Female (40+) + 1st Masters Female (40+) Pairs
There will also be a combined leaderboard with the winners of the tri-series crowned in September.
