Join the Icehouse Amphitheater for an unforgettable evening with Yesterday – A Tribute to The Beatles!
Since 2000, Yesterday – A Tribute to The Beatles, founded by Don Bellezzo, has been celebrating the iconic music of the Fab Four. Touring both nationally and internationally, the group has completed seven tours of Japan, and performed across Canada, the Philippines, Hong Kong, the Bahamas, and U.S. military bases around the world—spanning five continents.
Endorsed by Sir Paul McCartney himself, Yesterday has been featured in Rolling Stone Magazine, Showbiz Magazine, and appeared on NBC, CBS, ABC, Dick Clark’s Your Big Break, and Ed McMahon’s Star Search. Most recently, they were the highlight of Joe Johnson’s annual Beatles Tribute Cruise aboard Royal Caribbean, sharing the stage with Laurence Juber (formerly of Wings), Tony Bramwell (author and Beatles childhood friend), and Tony Perkins (ABC’s Good Morning America and Beatles enthusiast).
The band was also invited by the U.S. Postal Service to perform at the unveiling of the "Yellow Submarine" postage stamp at the prestigious Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
In 2010, they launched The British Are Coming!, a production recreating the Beatles’ iconic U.S. performances. This show ran for three years to standing-room-only crowds at the Tropicana Hotel’s “Liverpool Club” in Atlantic City and has enjoyed successful runs at venues including the Horizon Resort Casino’s Golden Cabaret Theater in Lake Tahoe and Harrah’s Hotel and Casino in Reno.
