The tour starting point is Elrod Commons, on Washington & Lee's campus.

During this guided walking tour, we'll explore:

- Landfill reduction & climate impacts
- Sustainable food systems
- Practical lessons for community-scale composting solutions

All are welcome for this tour, which offers a firsthand look at one of Virginia's leading campus composting programs and ideas that can be applied throughout our community.

Please Note: This is a walking tour with a significant amount of walking involved. Participants should plan for approximately 90 minutes and wear comfortable shoes.
