What to Wear

Wear whatever makes you feel happy and free to move. People wear sweatpants and shorts, t-shirts and tank tops, loose pants and tight pants, and yes, some people even wear yoga pants. Layers are best because even when it's a bit chilly once you start moving you may find you get warm. Most people find it easiest to be barefoot but, if you want to wear socks or even shoes, it's your practice so you do what works for you.​

The practice is free but it would be really nice if we all bring a donation for Ashland or you can make a donation online for Ashland--they sure would appreciate it.
