You are warmly invited to come exactly as you are. This gentle sound bath welcomes all experience levels and offers a soothing space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Guided by calming vibrations, Meredith weaves together the resonant tones of four Himalayan singing bowls with the earthy rhythms of a rainstick, the ebb and flow of an ocean drum, and grounding rattles. These sounds work together to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner ease.

No prior experience is needed—simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to carry you into rest, presence, and gentle renewal.
