Intro to Strength Training (Beginner-Friendly)
Curious about strength training but not sure where to start?
Already active but looking for a gym community?

Intro to Strength Training is a beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable getting started. Led by Sunny Bayne, this small-group session serves as a group consultation and movement screening—not a high-intensity workout.
We’ll begin with a guided roundtable conversation around goals and experiences, followed by a low-sweat movement screening to help you understand your baseline and what kind of training might be right for your body, goals, and budget.

This Event Is For You If:
• You’re brand new to strength training
• You experience gym anxiety
• You’re returning after a break
• You want guidance on where to begin
• You’re looking for a welcoming gym community
