Before you can reach goals like strength, fat loss, pain relief, or better mental health, you have to learn how to stay consistent.

At this workshop, you’ll learn why sticking to a routine has been so hard and the exact skills that make it easier, including how to handle pain flare-ups, modify movements safely, and stay active when life gets busy. You’ll leave with a 2026 plan you can actually follow.
