Join us at Odd Flora for an evening of hands-on plant art as we create beautiful hanging kokedama moss balls featuring lush, trailing plants.
Kokedama is a traditional Japanese planting style where roots are wrapped in soil and moss instead of a pot — turning your plant into a living sculpture. In this class, we’ll take it one step further and design them to hang, creating a soft, floating greenery moment perfect for windows, corners, or cozy plant-filled spaces.
During this workshop you’ll learn: 🌱 What kokedama is and how it works 🪴 How to build and wrap your own moss ball 🌿 How to choose and style trailing plants 💧 Proper watering and long-term care 🏡 The best places in your home to hang and display your kokedama
Each ticket includes all materials needed to make one hanging kokedama, plus guided instruction and care tips so you leave confident in keeping your new plant baby thriving.
This class is perfect for beginners and plant lovers alike — come get a little messy, learn something new, and leave with living art you made yourself 💚
Spots are limited, so grab your seat early!
