Join author of "Plant-Based Himalaya", Babita Shrestha, to celebrate her highly anticipated second cookbook "Garden Exotica: International Plant-Based Fusion Cuisine". This is more than a cookbook launch, it’s an unveiling of a visually stunning, plant-based culinary work that blends traditional Nepali roots with global culinary art.
Babita will be signing books and discussing the inspiring story behind Garden Exotica, tracing its origins from the Himalayas to her Lexington garden.
The evening will also feature a special showcase of photography from both of her cookbooks, illustrating her profound passion for culinary arts, blending food, art, and medicine.
