All children that cannot touch with their head above water will be required to pass a swim test at the start of open swim.In order to pass a swim test, the child must swim 25 feet across the width of the pool without struggle; Ellis Certified Lifeguard will make final determination.Lifejackets or puddle jumpers that fasten around the center are required for all children that do not pass. Coast guard approved life jackets are available at the facility.
