Hall, Jr. – Brother Willard C. Hall, Jr., a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha since 1995, served 24 years in the USAF, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. He holds multiple degrees, including a B.S. in Business Management, M.S. in International Relations, and Ed.S. in Teacher Leadership. Brother Hall has held key Fraternity leadership roles, including Executive Director & COO (2005–2009), where he oversaw Centennial celebrations and strategic initiatives.
