Please use this link to register for the meeting. Registration is required for all members attending the meeting. Registration costs will be $80 for Professional members and free for Student members. Registration include dinner for Monday, March 9th and Tuesday, March 10th. Lunch will be provided on Tuesday, March 10th. Members interested in workshops will be contacted with additional information prior to the meeting.Call for Abstracts:We are now accepting abstract submissions for the Joint Annual Meeting of AFS and TWS Virginia Chapters to be held at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, VA from March 9th-11th, 2026. Please submit an abstract (250 words) for Oral Presentations (15 minute talks), Lightning Talks (7 minutes), and Posters in this Google Form by January 31, 2026. We are soliciting abstracts for two joint sessions, Fish and Wildlife Management and Conservation in Urban Settings and AI in Fisheries and Wildlife Research and Management, as well as submissions for general sessions from each organization (i.e. General AFS & General TWS). In the google form please select the session that best suits your abstract when prompted.Lodging details for the Joint Meeting:Rooms have been blocked for the meeting dates (March 9-11) at the Hampton Inn, Lexington (401 E.
