Yoga Assisting & Adjusting Training

Offering assists and adjustments to yoga students is an art that requires highly developed observation skills, awareness of body mechanics and movement, intimate familiarity of the poses, and strong communications skills. The balance is to assist and adjust in such a way that students find their ultimate shapes without becoming teacher-dependent.

In this carefully designed immersion into the art of assisting and adjusting, you will deepen your teaching skills and bring to your students an openness and mind/body connection that advances their practice. What's more, you will get to meet other yogis, yoga teachers, and receive one-on-one attention and interaction!

WHEN:
Saturday 12/6: 1:30pm - 6pm
Sunday 12/7: 9am - 5pm
