Power and Rocket classes at vyb include 100+ functional asanas. Here, we’ll zoom in on the key foundational ones—and explore more based on what the group wants to learn. Whether you’re newer to vinyasa or a longtime practitioner wanting more precision, Asana Lab gives you the space to slow down, explore, and ask all the questions you never get to ask in a fast-paced class.
