Step into a sanctuary of sound and surrender to a deeply restorative healing experience. This immersive sound bath invites you to lie back and relax as resonant vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, and other sacred instruments gently guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation and awareness.
Through intentional sound frequencies, you’ll experience energetic realignment as stress, tension, and blockages are released, allowing your natural flow of energy to be restored. This holistic sound healing journey also explores the profound connection between sound and the inner landscape—supporting chakra harmony, intention setting, emotional release, and overall wellness.
What to Expect:

Facilitated by Susan Stites, whose work weaves sound healing, somatic channeled energy work, and light language to support transformation across the emotional, physical, energetic, and mental bodies. Susan’s sessions create a nurturing space for clarity, alignment, and renewed connection to self. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and the gong, attendees are guided into deep restoration, emotional release, and expanded self-attunement.
