Join us for a morning of reflection & reconnection! Begin with a sacred tea ritual to help you drop in & open your heart. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of journal prompts to reconnect you with your highest self, uncover your inner wisdom, and release any blocks standing in your way. Mini journals will be provided, though you're welcome to bring your own.
