- **Event Name**: She Explores: Women's Migratory Bird Walk
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 07:30 am (-05:00)
- **Event Description**: Discover the birds of LLELA in the company of other women! This birding walk is led by women, for women, and offers a welcoming, supportive environment to learn and enjoy birding together.

Whether you are brand new to birding or already know your chickadees from your cardinals, all experience levels are welcome. We’ll explore LLELA’s diverse habitats, look and listen for birds, and share tips for identifying the species we encounter along the way.

Our regular bird walks are open to everyone, while this special walk provides an opportunity for women to connect with other women who share an interest in birds and the outdoors.

Bring binoculars if you have them, but don’t worry if you don’t. Come curious, comfortable, and ready to spot some birds!

Registration is required through the Play Lewisville store in Amilia. The cost is $5 per person in addition to the $5 per vehicle entrance fee.
