Join us for Self reflection and connection
This event will include mindful movement a gentle, non-choreographed movement. This isn't about how you look; it’s about how you feel. We will guide you through movement to help shake off the day’s stress and inhabit your body fully. This "moving meditation" loosens the subconscious, making it easier to access thoughts.
Reflective Journaling While the body is warm and the mind is open, we transition into a period of quiet reflection.
Soundbath To close, you’ll settle into a comfortable position. As crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes fill the room, the frequencies work to harmonize your nervous system. In this theta state—the space between waking and sleep—your reflections have a chance to settle and integrate into your being.
