A Message from Kris;
Dear 2026:  It's only March and I can't wait to forget you!  ?  In the past year or so I have learned how directly related 3 life changing things I've never experienced before could put a crawl & halt to my entire life.   Mental health collapses, depression, and fucking Thyroid Cancer.  ?  Yeah, It has a been a wild ride friends.  I've done probably a thousand ribbon, memorials, tributes, Fuck Cancer, or surgery scar coverup tattoos on people in my career.  Tons of tales of pain it relief, but I never thought I would be on the other side of that tale.  Friday the 13th, a day tattoo artists, collectors, & my friends embrace as a holiday, these foreign illnesses that grew in me and have ruined my life, will be slashed and removed in surgery in Portland Maine. So sorry, I do not have any Fri the 13th tattoo deals, It's my turn to get the holiday stabbing!? 
This has all happened so overwhelmingly fast, but I am thankful my doctors have caught this illness early, and hopeful for a successful & smooth one-time surgery.  Sorry I won't get into fine details.  I won't lie, I'm fucking scared. Went from social butterfly to a hibernating recluse.  #defeated.  Struggling mentally, physically, & financially.  No insurance, self employed during the hardest year in the economy in 15 years, and my personal work has slowed to a halt weeks ago with hand tremors & weakness.  It's ironically hard to stay positive, when a positive result makes you sink to your most negative point.  At the worst possible time after losing more things I love than I can even bear to talk about.  Rock bottom had a basement floor I fell right through, but there has to be bedrock somewhere right?  There has to be a place to stop the fall, get back up and plant my feet, to find the ground to walk a new path and crawl my way out of this hole.  I've been lost for far to long asking fucking why???  Now, I have some answers. My Doctor said he's confident I can return to work within weeks after surgery. ? I just hope whatever is left of the healing energy I've thrown out into the world throughout my years, will boomerang  back a little bit and help a muthafucka out with some positive and healing vibes!!!
