Nature’s Explorers at Dale’s Ridge
Nature’s Explorers is a hands-on, family-friendly outdoor program that invites children ages 4 to 10 and their families to slow down, observe the natural world, and learn together through guided exploration. Each session focuses on a different theme, such as art in nature or local wildlife, and encourages curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connections with the environment.
Led by guest educators from Bucknell University and community partners, programs may include artistic expression, scientific observation, movement, and discussion, all designed to be engaging and age-appropriate for young learners and their caregivers.
Nature’s Explorers is presented in coordination with the Lewisburg Children’s Museum, Bucknell University Humanities Center, and the Union County Historical Society and takes place at beautiful outdoor locations throughout the region.
