Meet Dr. Tanya Berfield ⬇️

Dr. Tanya Berfield is a transformative leadership doctor, somatic practitioner, and the creator of Mindset Medicine, a framework that guides women from survival mode back to themselves. With certifications in yoga, qi gong, breathwork, hypnosis, somatics, and reiki, she blends the science of the nervous system with the wisdom of sacred practice to help women who look fine on the outside finally tell the truth on the inside. She is the author of Radical Resilience, host of the Mindset Medicine podcast, and a speaker whose signature work centers on the woman who holds everything together and has forgotten she is allowed to fall apart.
