It's the start of an exciting new chapter at the Yew Mountain Center! And we want to launch it with you! Join us for A Night with Yew, at Wood Thrush Park in Lewisburg November 8th. 

Indulge in inspired cuisine by Chef Al Pettijohn, enjoy a variety of live string music, and join the fun with a lively square dance.  We are excited to grow our community of Yew people at this family-friendly event.

It's a party! It's a fundraiser! It's the launch of our first ever capital campaign to purchase the beloved land and facilities that the Yew Mountain Center enlivened over the past nine years with creative, educational, community-building programs.  

Local ownership!  Party with us and your donation will help ensure that this precious resource remains a community resource. The 500 acres that support the Yew Mountain Center can remain an accessible destination for learning, wellness, recreation, and cultural events. Local ownership keeps the Yew Mountain Center responsive and accountable to the people who make their lives in these mountains and protects the fields, forests, ponds, and wildlife we love.
