Winter Solstice - The Inner Voice
An evening of mantra, kirtan, voicework and silence.
Join us just before the Winter Solstice to honour the darkest days and the invitation into stillness at this time. As we allow ourselves to follow the cycles of the year, this circle will support us to connect to our inner voice, our voice of wisdom at our centre. What is it to use the voice as a way of connecting to our innermost being? The ancient wisdom of mantra, the resonance of sound in our bodies and the connection with our authentic voice can take us to a place of deep stillness and presence. The voice, when used in this way, can be a profound tool for healing and transformation.
