Classes start on Wednesday, Nov 12 with classes on Nov 12, 19, Dec 3, 10, Jan 7, 14. We will meet at the Right Balance Pilates studio located in Lewes near Walgreens and Waves car wash. Our Girl Power Yoga class is 1-hour in duration from 5:30-6:30pm and will focus on movement, mindfulness, and breath work with weekly themes around self-care, building confidence, healthy relationships and strong community. Please wear comfy clothes and bring your yoga mat, water bottle and journal. Cost for the 6-week session is $135 per participant. Class is intended for girls ages 6-12.
