NITGB specialises in immersive and responsible travel, creating opportunities for travellers to connect more deeply with the places they visit.Their experiences are designed to help travellers:• Connect with local people and cultures• Learn or practise new skills• Explore nature and lesser-known places• Support communities in a sustainable and meaningful wayAfter the introduction, guests who wish to take part can enjoy a complimentary gentle yoga session, offering a moment to slow down, stretch and reset.Those who prefer simply to listen to the talk are very welcome to stay for the introduction, relax with their drink, and enjoy the atmosphere.Following the yoga session, everyone is invited to stay, chat, ask questions, and learn more about these unique travel experiences.
