The practice moves steadily through sun salutations, standing postures, balances, backbends, twists, meditation and deep relaxation, accompanied by music and with optional hands-on assists.The sequence is designed to offer a well-rounded practice within a clear and consistent structure, helping you to build strength, create space and leave feeling both energised and grounded.This extended session is also an opportunity to experience the practice ahead of a regular Spiritual Warrior class launching in Lewes this September.Experience levelAs this is a flowing and dynamic sequence, the class is best suited to those who already have some familiarity with yoga. You do not need to be highly experienced, but it would be helpful to feel comfortable taking part in a Vinyasa-style class and moving between postures with the breath.AssistsPhysical assists are part of this class and may include the use of props, hands-on assists and the use of China Gel, as is usual within the Jivamukti Method, to support the movement of energy through the body.
