These healing vibrations gently release physical and emotional tension, calm the nervous system, enhance mental clarity and rebalance your energy and emotions. The sounds also stimulate creativity by activating theta brainwaves and the pre-frontal cortex.Afterwards, over a comforting cuppa, you will transition into quiet reflection, journalling and/or drawing to explore what has surfaced within you.
