This is a quiet, unhurried practice - nothing to achieve and no prior experience needed. You are welcome to rest as much as you like and move only in ways that feel comfortable and supportive.The afternoon offers you time to slow down, be held and reconnect with rest in a simple way. All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome.• Our locationThe Unity Centre is a welcoming space with a calm, cosy ambience and underfloor heating - chosen to support deep rest and ease.
