Jaw feeling tight? Clenching without realizing it?
This workshop is all about helping your face and jaw soften, move better, and feel good again.
We’ll use myofascial release (MFR)—a hands-on technique that works with the body’s connective tissue—to release stubborn tension, reduce pain, and improve jaw mobility. With simple anatomy, gentle pressure, and supportive movement, we’ll unwind holding patterns in the jaw and face.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with tools you can actually use at home.
