Man With A Pan -Improvers, Lewes

A five week improvers cookery course for men who have compleated our Man with a Pan beginners course.

Course Objectives:

• Build Cooking Confidence: We teach a portfolio of easy-to-follow recipes that are tailored to individual tastes, focusing on simple techniques to create nutritious meals.
• Promote Social Connections: We encourage group discussions and social interaction during each class to reduce isolation and promote community building.
• Focus on Wellbeing: We emphasize the role of nutrition in mental and physical health, helping participants understand how food can support overall wellbeing.
• Support Independence: We equip participants with skills to cook for themselves, fostering greater independence and self-care at home.

Target Audience:

This course is for men who have compleated our beginners cookery course and want to continue learning. It is suitable for men who may be facing life changes such as bereavement, living alone, or experiencing social isolation.

The sessions are hands-on with expert tuition.

We cook and eat lunch together and take an extra meal home.
