Hot Hatha 26+2

Rooted in tradition, this set-sequence class—often referred to as "Hot Yoga"—features 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a specific order. With longer holds and postures repeated twice, this Hatha-based practice emphasizes alignment, breath control, and the balance between strength and flexibility.

Expect a steady pace, a mix of standing and floor poses, and a full-body experience designed to work you from the inside out. Heated to 90–95°, this class offers a powerful reset for body and mind—accessible to all levels with a focus on precision and presence.
