Join us for a gentle, heart-centered gathering designed to support you through the challenges of grief during the holiday season. Together, we’ll explore ways to navigate life after loss with grace and care — finding comfort in shared understanding, guided reflection, and meaningful rituals of remembrance.

Through compassionate discussion and mindful exercises, you’ll discover ways to honor your grief, nurture yourself, and create space for healing amidst the season’s demands.

We invite you to wear cozy clothes and bring anything that offers you comfort — a yoga mat, blanket, journal, or a photo of your loved one. Tea and water will be provided as we create a warm, supportive space for connection and peace.

This is a donation-based workshop with a suggested donation of $20. All are welcome, regardless of ability to contribute.

This grief circle will be guided by Sydney Dawson. Sydney is the Office Manager at HealTree, a Certified Life, Health, and Grief Coach and is currently pursuing a master's in social work at Salisbury University. She found her way to this space after the death of her fiancé in August 2022. Her own process of rebuilding her life after a tragic loss has inspired her to support others in a similar process to find hope and look forward to the future again.
