Most recenty with Ernst Gotsch in Brazil, we will look into his philosophy and techniques. As well as lessons from his students in the mediterranian, and my expereicnes farming in Sicily. These days will involve walks around the farm discussing, some more in depth class room time and some practical sessions on the farm. Learn about propagation, pruning, planting and more.
