Bring your mats and comfortable blankets.Our afternoon will be unhurried and supportive, beginning with intention setting and using ceremony to open and protect the space. This will be followed by guided inner journeying lead by our shadow parts, storytelling on our return, reflection and integration. The space will be held by Tori, ensuring safety to explore any hidden roots, stories, or versions of self that choose to emerge.The whole of you is welcome. These retreats are closed and shared experiences are confidential.
