Matt Harder is an experienced educator in Outdoor Learning, Forest School and Bushcraft, having worked with learners from 2 – 85 years old during his 16 years in the industry.
His new book, Campfire Cooking with Kids, is a culmination of recipes developed over that time with groups of children, all facilitated through play and exploration with basic ingredients.
Cooking with fire is a passion of his, and he has developed a range of recipes to suit all tastes, from the very simple, to the almost gourmet.
