You can expect:Tasty food - participants will help make delicious and healthy food and sit down to lunch together during the workshop.A great learning opportunity - a chance to practise a range of cookery skills, gain time-saving tips, and have confidence-building support to help recreate the recipes at home.Relaxation and connection - a warm and welcoming space to meet other carers, share experiences, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of cooking together.Take home goodies - participants will leave with a freshly made dishes, recipes, and the know-how to cook them again with ease.Please note that this workshop is for registered unpaid adult carers from East Sussex.
