Practical skills: A chance to practise a range of different cookery skills, gain time-saving tips, and have confidence-building support to help participants recreate the recipes at home.Relaxation & connection: A warm and welcoming space to meet other carers, share experiences, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of cooking together.Take-home goodies: Participants will leave with a freshly made dishes, recipes, and the know-how to cook them again with ease.The workshop is designed to be stress-free, light hearted, social and good fun.Please note that this workshop is for registered unpaid adult carers from East Sussex.
