Many of these problems & limitations come from intergenerational stories that we replay in our lives, without realising how or why we are doing it. People are amazed when they see the patterns and habits they have been repeating.

Often times the problem did not start with you.

Join us as we explore the impact of our ancestors lives on who we are and how we are now Let go of hidden loyalties that you often did not even realise you were carrying, so that you move forward in life and let go of problems that have held you back.


Join as a representative to participate in the group, support others in their constellations, witness and learn about yourself or others. - And have your own "Aha" moments without having to give away too much about your personal situation.

Join as an issue holder and set up your own constellation to look at your situation from a systemic lens and create movement where there has been stuckness.

This can be a very powerful experience. We come together as a group of strangers and leave as fellow journeyers with deep resonance and respect for each -participant. We also learn to trust ourselves and our intuition through this process.

We create a visual living map of how we internally hold a picture of that system in our head. We use people to represent the elements of the system and the facilitator works with the people to move that picture from stuck to flow.

The sessions can be a very powerful way of supporting people to see the wood for the trees. They help us allow ourselves to feel a deep connection to those around us and to ourselves.
