Our 4-Week Beginners Yoga Course offers a supportive, step-by-step introduction to yoga—so you can feel confident, comfortable, and at ease on the mat. Designed for absolute beginners and newer students, this series removes the pressure and answers the questions you may be wondering before your first class.
You’ll learn what yoga is, where it comes from, how to safely move and breathe, and how a regular practice can support your body, mind, and daily life. Each week builds gently on the last, helping you create a strong foundation.
This course is perfect if you want to:

• Learn proper alignment, breath, and basic poses
