Fluid art is an abstract style of painting where paint is poured directly onto a canvas, creating a unique and organic, free flowing design which can then be manipulated using various tools and techniques to achieve different effects.
So if you love abstract art and colour, or just want to learn a fun and easy new way of relaxing, this course is for you!
Fluid art is ideal for those who think 'I'm not very creative'. With the organic nature of this process, the paint will do a lot of the hard work for you, ' Classes are kept simple and easy to follow so it's perfect for those ‘non-creatives,’ as well as ‘creatives’ who want to develop a new skill.
Fluid art is focused on mesmorising colour combinations as well as the flow and movement of the paint, making it a perfect tool for practicing mindfulness in a very easy and natural way. Using Art for Wellness is a perfect new tool for your own Wellbeing Toolbox which you can use again and again.
Whilst this is not specifically a mindfulness class, fluid art is a naturally relaxing and therapeutic process and most people find themselves feeling very mindful and present during the class, without any additional prompting.
Classes are kept relaxed and fun and previous class members have enjoyed the engaging nature of the small group environment where people connect over the shared joy of fluid art.
